Infinite Routes, LLC is a practice dedicated to providing clinical services to children, teens, and young adults with an additional specialization in serving neurodivergent clients. We are seeking to hire a caring, compassionate outpatient therapist to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing neurodiversity affirming individual outpatient therapy services to children, adolescents, and teens. In addition, the outpatient therapist will collaborate with families and caregivers, complete intakes for new clients, and provide case management services

Job Title: Outpatient Therapist

Job type: Part Time

  • Work Locations

    • Needham

  • Shift and schedule

    • Flexible scheduling for afternoons, evenings, and/or weekends. Prime scheduling hours during the week are 1:30pm-7:30pm.

  • Compensation

    • Fee for service: $75-90

  • Caseload: Minimum of 12 clients/week, option for up to 25 clients/week

  • Responsibilities

    • Provide high quality clinical services to clients

    • Collaborate with families and caregivers

    • Provide case management services

    • Complete quality clinical documentation in a timely manner

    • Provide resources, and support clients to access crisis services and higher levels of care, if needed

    • Develop and execute appropriate individual treatment plans

    • Establish relevant goals to determine progress

    • Communicate updates to all relevant parties

    • Ensure HIPAA compliance and privacy of client

  • Qualifications

    • Full licensure to provide clinical services in the state of Massachusetts

    • Independent licensure preferred

    • Minimum of 1-3 years experience providing individual therapy services to children and teens

    • Strong organizational and time management skills

    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Committed to providing high quality care

    • Experience with crisis management and understanding of crisis services

  • Additional requirements: 

    • Experience working with neurodivergent children and/or teenagers 

    • Commitment to providing neurodiversity affirming care

    • Comfortable working with clients age 6-12

    • Providing both in person and virtual therapy sessions

    • Comfortable working without direct supervision
